Xeltis’ restorative heart valve technology will feature in two presentations at the International Conference of Tissue-Engineered Heart Valves (ICTEHV) in Amsterdam on May 18.

Prof. Frederick J. Schoen from Harvard Medical School will discuss fundamental science on Endogenous Tissue Restoration, the novel therapeutic approach at the basis of Xeltis’ technology.  He will also illustrate 1-year preclinical data comparing Xeltis’ restorative pulmonary and aortic valves. Professor Schoen’s session is scheduled for 10:20am CEST at the Amsterdam EYE Film Museum.

A separate presentation by Xeltis Chief Technology Officer, Martijn Cox, will focus on the journey to bring Xeltis’ restorative heart valves to clinical phase at 2:00pm CEST.
