Xeltis CEO Laurent Grandidier spoke today at PCR Innovators Day as a “2015 celebrating company”. Laurent outlined Xeltis’ plans for 2016: “We are working to start clinical trials for the first-ever bioabsorbable heart valve, a pulmonary valve, this year and we are progressing on the development of our bioabsorbable aortic valve.”
Xeltis’ 2015 trial achievements included successful completion of the first two feasibility clinical trials for its bioabsorbable cardiovascular technology, conducted respectively for a cardiac pulmonary graft and atrial patch.
