Xeltis’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Martin de Groot, shared some excitement about Xeltis’ recent Series C financing at the inaugural Swiss IPO Day. Xeltis was invited to speak to an audience of investment bankers and advisors in the Swiss financial capital, Zurich, following the successful completion of the largest investment round for a private medical device company in Europe in 2017.
“I’m delighted to share insights on the potential of Xeltis’ pioneering technology and on our recent successes” stated de Groot. “Our recent financing will support the fast progression of our aortic and pulmonary valve programs, the first two applications of our platform technology,” he explained.
Organized by Swiss Startup Invest, the event allows tech companies with high potential to meet relevant investment bankers and advisors. The first Swiss IPO Day was held at Kraftwerk Selnau in Zurich.
